Draught Soft Drinks & Soda Recirculation
We refurbish and repair soft drinks equipment from leading manufactures that include IMI Cornelius and Manitowoc formally known as (Scotsman) this is carried out by our qualified technicians here at Kcoolers.
K-Cooler’s vast experience of these leading manufacturers’ products, as well as many other carbonators used in the soft drinks industry, means that equipment that would otherwise have to be replaced can often be re-used.
The units are stripped and cleaned which also gives technicians the opportunity to examine them in detail. All the parts are cleaned before being refurbishing. All motors, pumps, compressor's are tested under maximum working pressure, if any parts fail we will replace them with new or reconditioned parts as standard procedure.
All Coolers are electrically tested and inspected prior to packing - in addition soda recirc pumps are subjected to a flow rate and pressure test procedure. Data relating to the pump refurbishment process is electronically stored for twelve months.
Quality is Key!
A Shelf Cooler is a very imprtant part of the dispense system. Some models of coolers require the use of a soda recirculation pump to keep the carbonated water chilled. We repair all models of Coolers and we now recondition procon pump heads & SISME Motors.
