Faults vary from manufacturer to manufacturer but the most common problem is the slush does not turn to ice, the blades stop spinning or the tanks start to leak or become damaged.

K-Cooler’s vast experience of these leading manufacturers’ products, as well as many other slush machines used in the soft drinks industry, means that equipment that would otherwise have to be replaced can often be re-used.
The slush machines are stripped and cleaned which also gives technicians the opportunity to examine them in detail. All the parts are cleaned before being refurbishing. All motors, seals, taps and pumps are tested under maximum working pressure if any parts fail we will replace them with new or reconditioned parts as standard procedure.
All slush machines are electrically tested and inspected prior to packing - in addition pumps are subjected to a flow rate and pressure test procedure. Data relating to the pump refurbishment process is electronically stored for twelve months.
No Ice No Profit !
A slush machine dispense system is a very good profit making equipment. Some models of slush machines require the use of a cyrup pump to mix cyrup into the ice. We repair all models of slush machines and we now recondition syrup pumps.
