Refurbish and repair Classic 1000 & Polarflow

The economic climate is still very weak, all businesses are trying to find ways to make cost savings across the board. We have now started a full refurbishing of two models that are very widely used in trade. We fully strip every part and recondition them. We respray every panel and every base; we clean the bath, replace the compressor and fit new pipe work. We fit new copper heat exchangers and clean glycol bottle in acid to ensure they are clean for install.

We ensure that every Kcoolers remand unit arrives in a like new condition. We have already sent out 500 of these units into trade and the feedback is fantastic. We are looking to follow this new project by offering the same level of repair to other models. Kcoolers are now raising the bar in cooler and fridge repair for the brewery and soft drinks trade.

Here is what we do to every Kcooler's remanufactured unit:

Every panel and part of the steel frame and base is sand blasted and painted with the Kcoolers standard colour

Every plastic part on the unit is fully cleaned and sanitized

Glycol bottle is cleaned in a very strong cleaner for 12 hours

New castors are fitted

New indication light's are fitted

New thermostat

New fuses

New Danfoss compressor is fitted along with new fridge deck copper pipe work

New fan motor

Every water bath is cleaned and sanitized

All the electrics are fully tested to the current EU standard

We reuse every part we can to reduce "WASTE"

New nylon 15mm pipework is fitted to every unit

New mains lead and molded 10a plug is fitted

full wet, working test is carried out and a full P.A.T test is carried out

The unit's are then polished, wrapped and dispatched to you with 2 years warranty
